These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Conditions Generales de Vente) govern every sale concluded through the BELLAUMEE online store. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.
Article 1 - Purpose
These terms define the rights and obligations of BELLAUMEE and its customers in connection with the online sale of the products offered on the store.
Article 2 - Products
Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are illustrative and are not contractually binding as to minor variations. Offers are valid while displayed and within the limits of available stock.
Article 3 - Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars for the United States market. They are the prices in force at the time the order is placed. Shipping is free within the United States. Any applicable taxes or duties are indicated before the order is confirmed.
Article 4 - Order
The sale is formed once you validate your order after reviewing its details and expressly accepting these terms. We confirm the order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute, suspected fraud, or manifest pricing error.
Article 5 - Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of the order via the secure means offered at checkout. Your order is processed once payment is authorized.
Article 6 - Delivery
Delivery terms, times, and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
Article 7 - Right of withdrawal
You benefit from the fourteen (14) day statutory right of withdrawal under Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, as detailed in our Returns and Refund Policy.
Article 8 - Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), independently of any commercial guarantee.
Article 9 - Liability
Our liability cannot be engaged for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the internet, in particular a service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.
Article 10 - Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute you may have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Article 11 - Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
