Returns & Refund Policy

BELLAUMEE wants you to be fully satisfied with your Travel Comfort Kit. This policy explains your rights to return, exchange, and obtain a refund. It applies in addition to, and does not limit, the statutory rights you hold under the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), which govern our company.

Article 1 - Statutory right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you (or a third party you designate) take physical possession of the goods to withdraw from your order without giving any reason and without penalty, other than the cost of returning the item.

Article 2 - How to exercise withdrawal

To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by email at pro.melaniev@gmail.com with a clear statement of withdrawal (order number, name, and item). We will acknowledge receipt without delay.

Article 3 - Free 14-day exchanges

Beyond your statutory rights, we offer free exchanges within 14 days of delivery for a different configuration, subject to product availability. Contact us and we will arrange the exchange.

Article 4 - 30-day money-back guarantee

We additionally offer a commercial 30-day money-back guarantee. If the kit is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price of the product.

Article 5 - Condition of returned items

Returned items must be complete and in a condition that allows resale. For hygiene reasons, the earplugs and sleep mask should be returned unused or only lightly tried. We may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Article 6 - Refund method and timing

Refunds are issued using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. In accordance with Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code, we will refund all sums paid no later than fourteen (14) days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of shipment.

Article 7 - Legal guarantees

Independently of this policy, all products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
